E.L.F Beauty Book : Smokey Eye Edition

Hello my lovely & fabulous Readers!
I was @ Target recently and came across their new E.L.F Stock. I was so excited.
I immediately picked up the Beauty Book that I missed out on last time in the Smokey Eye Edition and also my favorite blush that was running out, E.L.F Tickled Pink Blush, which I recommend to everyone.
I got home and opened this lovely book and came across these awesome pigmented colors.
I swatched them and they were just lovely, a fair amount and gorgeous color for $5.

If you have a Target near you I really recommend you check this out.
They have many other ones, I like neutrals but that palette seemed very purplish to me.
This is a great palette to have to create an awesome night time look or even a day time look.

The only thing I have to complain about is the fact that they are ALL shimmery. Yes I do love glittery and shimmery color but I think a little bit more mattes could have been incorporated into this Book of Shadows.

Here is the AMAZING blush, my favorite blush of all time!

Review/Haul: Hardy Candy Meteor-Eyes Eyeshadow

Hello my Beautiful Ladies!
As you may or may not know Hard Candy released these awesome eyeshadows.
I stopped by my local Target to see what all the rave is about.

Each eyeshadow was $6.00 each and I bought
Outerspace
Black Hole (Reminds me of MAC Cinderfella from Style Black)
Intergalactic

All of these eyeshadows have glittery veins going through them and they are pigmented but not as pigmented as I hoped. I haven't tried them on my lids so I can't tell you how long they stay on, but I will tell you as soon as I do try them.
Outerspace is similar to Black Hole, honestly I prefer Black Hole; so don't be me & get two because that was a waste. However I do like the glitter pay-off and that fact that it doesn't come off dull but sparkly instead.

What do I think?
Bang for your buck if you missed out on MAC Cinderfella (my favorite, will cry when I hit pan)

You won't like it if ...
You are expecting some super high pigmentation pay-off from one swatch you have to put it on a couple of times to get that MAC or MUFE pay-off. Also if you don't like glitter DO NOT BUY THIS!

Not bad for $6.00... I'm pretty happy, good job Hard Candy. It's great if your on a budget.

I hope you guys are tuning into my contest and subscribing!

Small Target Haul

While I was @ Target this past weekend I wanted to pick up a couple of Maybelline Quads.
Also I wanted to pick up the Glimmer Bronzer (Which I had to drive to Wal-Mart for) because they didn't have it.
After hearing HollyAnnaeree's non-stop praise about the Bonnebell Glimmer Bronzer, I heard it the 853947987987 time in one of her favorite videos and was like "OMG I am going to buy it already enough." Sure enough I bought it. And I see why she talks about it non-stop.

The Glimmer Bronzer is so amazing, it gives you this amazing sunkissed shimmer/glow it's like not explainable but it is really so so so so so pretty especially in the summer everyone wants that GLOW on their cheeks. If you do buy this or you don't like it you are probably using to much you have to not only be careful but to remember to tap off your brush! A little goes a long way. This jar will probably last me a lifetime & a day.

Okay so I picked up the Maybelline Quad in Natural Smokes and Give me Gold. I equally love them both can't really say which one I like more, they are great for all the time, day time night time doesn't matter. They are also neutrals I LOVE neutral eyeshadows, maybe a little green liner, blue liner but no rainbow eye shadows for me :(. Give me Gold has this great shimmer to it that makes the color really pop and Natural Smokes is great for doing a Neutral smokey eye and with this convenient quad you can always darken your look if you take it with you to make a sexy look for night time!

So heres the swatches of the things I got & I will be doing looks with them soon & posting them on my blog!

These are definitely some Beauty on a Budget things that you should go out and try if you aren't really looking to fish out those big bucks for HE products! The Glimmer Bronzer was like $2-3, Maybelline Natural Smokes $4.00 & Change and Give me Gold Palette was $4.23.

Enjoy!

XOXO;
Michelle♥

Lorac Hollywood Hot List!

Hey Guys! Just wanted to do a few posts before July 4th Weekend!
I hope you all have something/somewhere very exciting to do/go.
While doing what I do best .. Shopping online I was on Sephora.Com (Obviously) and stumbled up on the Lorac Hollywood Hot List set. I was like WOAH 29.50 for all that stuff?!?!?!?!?!
So in disbelief that everything is regular sized and not tiny samples I went on my hunt on google and found that these are amazing sized jars of eyeshadow, tantalizer, lipgloss and the blush/bronzer duo.

I called up my Sephora and they had 3 left! I took the train got to Sephora & purchased it. It is absolutely amazing I know that HollyAnnaeRee (love her!) did a post about it.

The Verdict:
The eyeshadows are great, neutral colors for everyday looks, they are super duper pigmented! The lipgloss is a tad bit sticky but the color is stunning and the tantalizer can be used for like putting on your legs to give you shimmer, not so much of a tan even though thats what the bottle states. However, the shimmer is pretty giving you like a glowy nice look if your wearing a dress, shorts, or  skirt. You can also use it like on your chest area if you have on an open shirt.

The Blush/Bronzer Duo is small, the blush is a little too darkish pink for me and the bronzer honestly, I would use it as a blush. (Maybe a future giveaway prize!)

Call up your Sephora see if they still have it and I 100% recommend getting this its a great value for your money ... anyway i'll stop babbling cause you guys want swatches so HERE THEY ARE!

Hope you guys enjoyed this post! Go out and buy this amazing Lorac Set!!!

XOXO;
Michelle♥
